P&C Business: Moratorium on new Earthquake coverage
The United States Geological Survey has reported that an earthquake of magnitude 5.2 occurred on Friday April 18, 2008 six miles south of West Salem, Illinois. Effective immediately no coverage may be bound, amounts of insurance increased or policies issued, that provide coverage for Earthquake damage in the counties listed below. This moratorium includes earthquake sprinkler leakage coverage and inland marine forms that provide earthquake coverage.

  Bond, Champaign, Christian, Clark, Clay, Clinton, Coles, Crawford, Cumberland, De Witt, Douglas, Edgar, Edwards, Effingham, Fayette, Franklin, Gallatin, Hamilton, Hardin, Jackson, Jasper, Jefferson, Johnson, Lawrence, Macon, Marion, Montgomery, Moultrie, Perry, Piatt, Pope, Richland, Saline, Shelby, Vermilion, Wabash, Washington, Wayne, White, Williamson
• Indiana Counties:
