Basic Risk Management Series

A series of informational brochures provides assistance with everyday topics such as documentation and incident reports, as well as surviving a lawsuit.

Comprehensive Risk Review (Comp R/R), Focused Risk Review (Focus R/R), and Reporting

A comprehensive or focused on-site risk review may be conducted to examine the client organization's risk exposures, identify existing risk management components, determine any areas that may require little or no change, and recommend strategies for addressing any risks identified by the reviews. A final report of findings and recommendations is generally provided to the client shortly after either the Comp R/R or the Focus R/R. This information is often reviewed with a risk consultant in order to ensure the client's issues or questions are addressed so action plans can be developed.

Chubb provides a broad range of educational options to augment their Insured's existing risk management program. Chubb's risk review process uncovers topics of significant value to the Insured's staff; Chubb works with the client to develop pertinent in-service workshops that address the specific risk areas.

Review of Policies and Procedures

Chubb understands the perplexities in drafting new policies and procedures, as well as updating existing policies and procedures, and can provide assistance in this area. Clients also have access to Chubb's extensive library of resources including forms, checklists, guidelines, and video lending library.

Provide Loss/Claim Tracking

Chubb Specialty Insurance's risk consultants and claims analysts collaborate to identify causes and trends of incidents and occurrences. This information provides valuable information, which is used to tailor loss control services.

24-Hour Access to Dedicated Risk Management Professionals

Chubb Specialty Insurance offers direct access to risk management professionals, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This service is staffed by highly experienced risk management professionals and is available to each institution's risk manager, and any other authorized caller approved by the insured, to provide immediate access to risk management information when the need arises.

Supplemental Risk Management Services

Chubb Specialty Insurance understands the risk management needs of some clients are broader than the standard package of services. In such cases, upon agreement by the client, a special account can be established to use for additional risk management services such as benchmarking, subscriptions, conferences, consultants, etc., which are components of the jointly developed risk plan.
