Schinnerer offers Railroad Protective insurance for organizations with construction or demolition operations on or within 50 feet of a railroad. This unique exposure requires a unique insurance solution.

The program is available to any type of business or company who owns, manages or works on property that has a railroad line running across it. Schinnerer’s Railroad Protective program provides the special insurance coverage you need to meet the railroad’s requirements and fill in the coverage gap in most general liability policies.

This stand alone coverage is admitted with an A rated carrier.
