Schinnerer's Contractor program announces an exciting new errors & omissions and pollution policy for artisan contractors.
Artisan Contractors E&O provides coverage for wrongful acts arising out of the insured’s faulty workmanship and design services performed on their behalf. Qualifying firms will have:
- Construction values of at least $500,000 and five years experience
- Acceptable loss ratio
- Less than 25% residential and 10% condominium exposures
Schinnerer’s Artisan Contractors E&O policy was designed to protect specialty contractors from their true exposures - claims alleging faulty workmanship, design errors or omissions, and the use of defective materials or products.
