This includes an extensive searchable database of articles on employment practices matters, with new articles added monthly. Sample policy manuals and forms can be downloaded at no additional charge. A self assessment tool is provided. Lastly, online training modules are available on the prevention and response to sexual harassment in the workplace, as well as a course on Teamwork, Respect, Awareness, and Communication. Firm administrators have the ability to assign training to employees and track completion as well.
