The Power of Thank You

Business is tough. Right now, most of us find ourselves with less business coming in and more work on our desks.

Before you know it, the day's almost over and you've barely come up for air. Yes you're ultra productive in this state of mind, but your customers are missing out on one important thing - you.

It may sound simple, but take the time to drop your customers a thank you note, or give them a call to find out how business is going for them. Humanizing yourself and relating to your customers wins their loyalty. Sending them a simple thank you card when you've won their of business, had a great brainstorming session, or even a productive conversation goes a long way.

If you take the time to put a face, a personality to your company, chances are you'll win more business in the end.

Re: The Power of Thank You

I can definitely agree with this article.  A little gratitude goes a long way.  If customers feel that you have an appreciation for them it can build repor and help build a more positive, and personal, relationship.
