Yeah... We hear you. "A risk management blog?? That sounds compelling..." (accompanied by massive amounts of eyerolling). Well, we're here to tell you that your skepticism and derision are misguided. Read on...

Basically, our idea for the blog is that we will have a place to put useful, current risk management information, things that may not be right for a Guidelines article, a Management Advisory, or any of our other formats. Maybe we will link to news items that are tangentially related to risk management, the design professions, or something else we think is vaguely informative, entertaining, or valuable (I think we will do this a lot). Maybe we'll get a question from a policyholder that merits sharing the answer. We'll see where it goes...

I met a guy at a party one time who claimed to be the funniest guy in insurance. While that seems like a pretty low bar, he was a pretty funny dude. I think we'll aim for number two...
