      &lt;div style=&#034;MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt&#034;&gt;I think this is a fabulous concept.&amp;nbsp; It is another communication vehicle for engineers, architects, and surveyors to use to share common experiences, pitfalls, &amp;quot;war stories&amp;quot;, friendly advice, or even to ask if anyone has had a particularly vexing problem associated with their practice.&amp;nbsp; Kudos to Schinnerer for, once again, contributing to the overall health of the design professional world.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style=&#034;FONT-SIZE: 16pt&#034;&gt;We, as design professionals, need to pay attention to the guidance furnished by professionals on the insurance side of the equation, as well as that provided by legal counsel, and to see to it that our personnel, from top management to recent entries to our profession, have access to proper risk management training.&lt;/span&gt;
