          &lt;p&gt;According to a recent article from Reed Construction Data, &lt;a href=&#034;http://www.reedconstructiondata.com/news/2010/07/construction-materials-price-index-steady-in-june/&#034;&gt;construction material prices have been rising for the beginning of 2010&lt;/a&gt;, but remained steady in June. The previous months reflected an annual increase of 8%.
