Policy Forms

What's different about these forms? Find out how our policy revision changed coverage:

Creating a true family of policies

When the 2002 Pollution Incident Policy was issued, it contained some coverages that weren't available on the other two policies. This 2005 update synchronizes the forms to make a true family of policies. For example, the 2002 Pollution Policy covered pollution incidents resulting from the loading or unloading of an auto that was owned and operated by the insured. This coverage is now available on the Combined Policy as well. Other coverages, such as for asbestos abatement claims made after 1/1/90, are now available on all three forms.

Building consistency and promoting clarity

In addition to making our Contractor's policies consistent with each other, we have also made them more consistent with our A/E policies, as well as with the most recent version of the ISO CGL form. We also altered the policies for clarity, based on your feedback, presenting coverage in language that's easier to understand.
