Why Sell P&C Coverage?
Many brokers who sell professional liability to their Architectural and Engineering clients have no desire to sell property and casualty coverages. Some brokers suggest that selling P&C is a time-consuming process. Others say that the financial reward for selling this type of coverage is not worth the time invested in the process.

But there is a very real danger to just writing off this coverage. Our policyholders have expressed their preference to work with one broker and one carrier. By not providing your customers with all lines of coverage, you are leaving the door open to another broker who could do just that. By providing your clients with a broad, all-encompassing insurance program, you may be able to retain your business insurance clients more easily.
Plus, you already have these clients. Why not sell more to them? It is always easier to get business from an existing client than to find new ones.
