The Construction Managers program now offers a three year policy with lower deductible options and lower minimum premiums.
- Minimum premium: Begins at $1,000 for $100,000 limit of liability
- Minimum deductible: $1,000
Limits: Up to $10 million
Benefits of the policy include:
- Full prior acts coverage after one year of continuous coverage
First dollar defense for qualifying accounts
Payment plan option if premium is over $4,000.
The multi-year policy is available in almost every state with approval pending in the remaining states. Since state approvals are still underway check this page often for updates.
The filing is currently approved in all states except: AK, CA, FL, NY, OK, VT, and PR. Filings are pending approval in these states.
