To apply for professional liability coverage, please fill out the Environmental Application, which is available in the following forms: Environmental Engineers Application:
Word Template - PDF. Submit the form to your insurance broker. If you complete the online form, you will need the name and address of your insurance broker before submitting the application. Because each environmental firm provides unique services, please attach any supplemental information necessary to give us a good picture of your firm.
To apply for general liability and property coverage, please fill out our P&C Supplemental Application and give it to your broker.
You must submit these applications through a licensed insurance broker, who will also be able to answer questions specific to your practice and region. If you do not have an insurance broker or you would like to try one of our environmental specialist brokers, you can choose one in your area from our broker locator located in the column to the left.
