  • Comprehensive Employment Practices Liability coverage option includes discrimination, denial of tenure, sexual harassment, workplace harassment, retaliation, employment-related misrepresentation, negligent evaluation, wrongful discipline, wrongful termination, wrongful demotion or failure to promote.
  • Full defense coverage for allegations of violating the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1966 (HIPAA) amd Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act (EMTALA). Sublimits available for the fines and penalties levied. 
  • Coverage option for claims brought by third parties (patients, vendors, service providers) against the hospital for alleged discrimination or sexual harassment is available when client meets underwriting guidelines.
  • Broad subsidiary coverage as defined by your specific policy automatic coverage to newly created or acquired organizations that are below the policy's asset and employee threshold.
  • Built-in outside directorship liability coverage for certain positions held by insured persons in a non-profit outside entity as defined by the policy.
