When it comes to providing insurance for real estate professionals, Schinnerer brings a lot to the table. Our length of experience has led us to develop Realty Choice, a program designed to meet the needs of a diverse industry.

  • Select provides professional liability coverage for firms specializing in residential sales with revenues of under $20M; and all other firms with revenues under $2.5M.
  • Industry Services provides professional liabilty coverage for title firms with revenues over $100,000; residential firms with revenues of $20M and greater; and all other firms (including commercial sales and leasing firms) with revenues over $2.5M.

  • Broad coverage for professional services including coverage for discrimination, negligent accounting, unauthorized spending, wrongful eviction and other risks associated with property management
  • Up to 35 percent credit for favorable claims experience and participation in loss prevention and risk management programs
