  • Coverage for personal injury, lockbox liability, and sale of an agent's personal residence and/or secondary residence
  • Optional environmental hazards coverage
  • Discrimination coverage ($25,000 sublimit)
  • Credits up to 25 percent for good claims experience and participation in loss prevention and risk management programs
  • Optional coverage for developed and constructed properties by a separate entity owned by the insured
