We have a new employment practices endorsement to our Real Estate E&O policy. The endorsement is available to small and medium sized real estate firms with a minimum of five staff members. Cost for this endorsement is based on the number of staff. The endorsement is available beginning 12/1/2008 for new and renewal business in AR, AZ, CT, GA, IL, IN, KS, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, NH, NJ, NV, OH, OR, SC, VA, VT, WA and WI.
