Admitted program

The admitted program may be available to firms with annual revenues less than or equal to $10 million. The following types of firms and services are eligible
for coverage:

• Communications/Telephony/VOIP
• Consultants (low to moderate hazard)
• Data processing
• Data warehousing
• Network systems
• Packaged software
• Programming/Custom programming
• Systems design and analysis
• Systems developers and integrators
• Value Added Resellers (VARs)
• Government contractors providing any of the above services
• Training, education & support for any of the above services
• LAN/WAN administration
• System installation
• Other small technology firms

Non-Admitted program

The non-admitted program is available to firms with up to $50 million in annual revenue. The following firms and services are eligible for coverage:

• Ancillary IT staffing
• Application Service Providers (ASPs)
• Consultants (high hazard)
• Dept. Of Defense related risks - other than weapons related or defense systems
• Disaster recovery
• Hardware/component design and manufacturing
• Internet Service Providers (ISPs)
• Medical related products
• Network security/data security and verification
• Process control/Robotics
• Website hosting, design, consulting and maintenance

Ineligible Risks for both programs:

• Aerospace or aviation pertaining to the design/development of aircraft or in-flight systems or ground navigation
• Dept. Of Defense - weapons related or defense systems
• Life sustaining medical equipment
• Online brokerage or securities transactions or any other types of electronic funds transfer
