Our pricing is most competitive on firms with a majority of their services in the following areas:
- Environmental sampling and/or lab testing
- Regulatory assistance and environmental permitting
- Natural resource consulting
- Radon testing and remediation
- Soil scientists doing septic system evaluations; geotechnical consultants should apply through our Specialty Construction Consultants Program
We can also write coverage for firms specializing in:
- Phase I & II site assessments
- Environmental remediation design and implementation
- Environmental remediation project management
We typically decline to offer quotes on accounts that specialize in, or have a significant exposure in the following areas:
- Asbestos abatement; firms doing asbestos testing are generally eligible, and we can accommodate firms who perform up to 20% abatement design
- Process engineering not related to wastewater treatment
- Product design
- Laboratory paternity testing or food testing
