What is the minimum information you need to provide a quote?
We require:
- A completed application including:
- Applicant's name, address and
contact information
- Description of operations and
website
- Number of employees
- Claims history/loss runs
- Financial Information
- Total revenue
- Total assets
- Net revenue
- Net assets
How does a VHA Member Hospital qualify for a renewal credit?
The renewal credit is based upon each hospital's loss experience. If a loss
was paid or if Chubb put up a reserve on a claim, the hospital would not be
eligible for a renewal credit.
The VHA Member Hospital is currently insured with Chubb. Are they
eligible for a renewal credit even though they are not in the VHA D&O Program?
No, the hospital must participate in the VHA D&O Program in order to
be eligible for a renewal credit and exclusive policy enhancements.
