Classes not writing: Hospitals, hospices, nursing homes, HMOs, PPOs, childcare/daycare/foster care organizations, churches and condo/homeowner associations
Availability: In all states, the District of Columbia and U.S. territories on an admitted basis except for LA, ME and VT
