How can we help you if you have a claim?
- Contact your broker right away. You or your broker should then notify Indian Harbor Insurance Company immediately at:

- Accept all papers without comment. Do not admit liability or try to blame someone. Wait until we have all the facts to decide who is responsible.
- Gather your documentation. Be sure to include the following items in your initial report:
- Your company name, address, telephone number and the person to contact
- Your policy number
- The date, time and location of the situation
- A brief description of the allegation
- The name of the person or entity making the claim
- The amount of demand
- Any lawsuit papers or legal proceedings
- Remember to contact the Indian Harbor Insurance Company representative assigned to your claim before you attend any conferences about the claim.
- Do not sign or accept releases for anyone without approval from your claims representative.
