The National Association of Surety Bond Producers (NASBP) is an organization of insurance agencies and brokerage firms that are recognized as specialists in providing surety bonding and insurance for construction contractors. To qualify for membership, a firm must demonstrate a high degree of proficiency in suretyship and have a significant volume of surety business. The association provides information about the surety bonding process to contractors as well as information on legislative and regulatory issues.
NASBP offers seminars, schools, videos and publications on suretyship and construction to its members. Through annual and regional meetings, NASBP members
communicate regularly with executives and underwriters of surety companies and stay current with the contract bond marketplace. NASBP members work effectively to serve the surety and insurance needs of construction contractors. For more information on NASBP, please call 202-686-3700.
